ELAW 2350 - Employment Law ELAW 2350 - Employment Law Description In today’s fast-changing global business environment, an understanding of the legal requirements in human resources is critical for HR professionals to ensure a productive and positive work place. Employment Law provides a thorough understanding of laws, regulations and standards applicable to the HR field through case studies and analysis. Emphasis is placed on employment standards, privacy and human rights legislation.
