EMTL 201 - Materials Identification and Inspection EMTL 201 - Materials Identification and Inspection Description This course will assess the functions, responsibilities and accountability of welding inspection and examine the various aspects of inspection that may be encountered during welded structural steel construction by a welding inspector. Canadian Standards Association (CSA) W178.1 (Certification of Welding Inspection Organizations) and CSA W178.2 (Certification of Welding Inspectors) will be examined. 1.5 Credits Time Guidelines The standard instructional time for this course is 45 hours.
