HVAC/R Maintenance and Construction
The Certificate of Achievement in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) Maintenance and Construction provides students with the knowledge and skills needed for maintaining and setting up HVAC/R units according to the manufacturer or engineering plans, including package units, remote split units, walk-in coolers and freezers, and other HVAC/R equipment.This pathway includes preparation for a Class C trade portion of the California License and various industry-recognized certifications pertaining to the HVAC/R industry.
