Involves being a motivator, coach, mentor, friend, disciplinarian, peacemaker, negotiator, arbitrator, nurturer, and entertainer. Educators interact on a continual basis through verbal and non-verbal communication. Employers expect their employees to work faithfully with others to accomplish the mission of the institution.
