Continuation of Arabic II ARBC 1120. Following this class, students will be able to perform in specific situations at the Novice High to Intermediate Mid-level on the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) proficiency scale. All five modes of communication are addressed (interpersonal, presentational speaking, presentational writing, interpretive reading, and interpretive listening). Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and an Arabic dialect are taught using an integrated approach. Students will continue to develop their understanding of Arabic-speaking cultures. Graded: Letter Grade.
