Direct “Hands-On” experience of the service repair industry as a technician and/or as a service advisor. Provides the opportunity to students to expand their understanding of the industry by directly working in a service repair environment. Students receive knowledge of service trends, processes, efficiency, absorption, safety, employee relations and industry development trends. This course also provides an basic introduction to Excel, record­keeping, time management, communication skills and computer-specific automotive programs. Permission Required.
