PHED1290A — Pickleball Beginner Level I
This introductory course is designed for students who are new to pickleball. Emphasis is placed on fundamentals skills, rules, scoring, and court awareness. Students will learn proper grip, footwork, and stroke mechanics while developing confidence through drills and modified gains.
