[Previously as: HPER 132L] Combines fast and slow Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moves in the aquatics environment. The routines feature aerobic interval training sessions to tone and sculpt the body. The class format will integrate some of the basic principles of aerobic, interval and resistance training to maximize caloric output. Students are encouraged to exercise at their own level of ability. Students are required to be at least 16 years old to enroll in this course.
