PHED1460E — Conditioning: Abdominal Conditioning
[Previously as: HPER 116L] This is a course designed for any level student who desires to increase muscular endurance utilizing a variety of abdominal modalities; floors, footballs, medicine balls, dumbbells, and benches. Emphasis will be on safe exercise progression and technique in a format utilizing abdominal conditioning. Students are required to be at least 16 years old to enroll in this course.
