Power Conditioning I is an intense cardiovascular and strength-conditioning course that combines high-intensity aerobic training, functional resistance exercises and powerlifting techniques to improve overall fitness, muscular strength and endurance. Students will learn proper form and technique for core lifts, integrate weight training with cardiovascular conditioning and use exercise equipment safely and effectively to maximize performance.
