[Previously as: HPER 169L] Combines strength and aerobic training to provide a total body workout, alternating aerobic exercise with the use of a variety of strength-training modalities. Weight training exercises are performed consecutively to tone and strengthen major muscle groups. Students are required to be at least 16 years old to enroll in this course.
