Certificate Heating, Refrigeration, & Air Conditioning: Entry Level Technician (H84) This program is designed to prepare students for employment in heating and air conditioning service work. Work and Employment The technician is an entry-level position. The graduate will have the skills to troubleshoot and repair heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The technician will be required to use and have knowledge of special testing equipment. Work conducted as an entry-level technician is usually supervised by a seasoned professional.
