BIOL 2200 - Genetics BIOL 2200 - Genetics This course introduces principles of heredity and variation in living organisms, including a study of the nature of the genetic material and its influence on heredity, evolution and artificial selection of organisms. The process of gene regulation and the role of gene expression on the development and environmental response of organisms will be evaluated as it relates to modern day applications in biology, agriculture, and medicine. Prerequisites: BIOL 1010 General Biology I with C or better Minimum Grading: Letter
