ELTR 2935 - High Voltage Systems ELTR 2935 - High Voltage Systems This course provides the student with an understanding of high voltage systems and safe work practices. High voltage systems including substations, power transformers, and protective devices are covered. Safe work practices as presented in the class, are based on nationally recognized standards such as NFPA 70E.
