LS 2110 - Real Property Law LS 2110 - Real Property Law This course covers all major areas of real property law, including the nature of real property, types of ownership, real estate contracts, title and insurance, financing, landlord and tenant, land use, environmental law and regulation. An understanding of real property law is fundamental to understanding boundary law. Minimum Grading: Letter Comments: This is a University of Wyoming transfer course that fulfills the program requirements of the Surveying Technology AAS degree and program electives of the Industrial Technology AAS degree.
