MGT 4450 - Lean Management MGT 4450 - Lean Management In this course, students will learn ways to do more with less; less human effort, equipment, time, and space; while coming closer to providing customers with exactly what they want. Students will be challenged to identify and eliminate various forms of waste through their understanding and application of the five principles of lean thinking (value, value stream, flow, pull and perfection) and the 5S method of workplace layout for manufacturing.
