MGT 4475 - Nonprofit Management MGT 4475 - Nonprofit Management This course will provide an overview of the unique leadership skills and issues facing nonprofit organizations. This course will also understand the mission of the organization and its service to society. Students will evaluate financial management issues significant for nonprofit sustainability such as fundraising and earned income ventures. Lastly, students will also explore marketing and communication techniques, and the role of the governing board in a nonprofit organization. Minimum Grading: Letter
