PEAC1041 — Personal Defense:
PEAC 1041 - Personal Defense: PEAC 1041 - Personal Defense: This course is designed to give students an opportunity to enhance their personal wellness through the participation in moderate to vigorous physical activity. Throughout the semester, students study self-defense through one martial arts style and develop flexibility, balance, and core strength. Activities related to this course vary from semester to semester. Minimum Grading: Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory
