STAT 2050 - Fundamentals of Statistics STAT 2050 - Fundamentals of Statistics This course presents the central ideas of descriptive statistics and statistical inference, including graphs, averages, sampling, estimation, hypothesis-testing and relationships between variables. A statistical software package is introduced. Students cannot receive credit in more than one of the following: STAT 2050, STAT 2070. Minimum Grading: Letter General Education Math Reasoning Comments: A grade of “C” or better is required for graduation requirements.
Prerequisites: MATH1400, MATH1000, MATH1450
