MLT 125 - Hematology Add to Catalog Bookmarks MLT 125 - Hematology 5 Credit Hours Students will have the knowledge of diagnosis and management of blood cell disorders, anatomy and physiology of hematopoiesis, routine specialized hematology tests, analysis, classification, and monitoring of blood cell abnormalities. The pathophysiology of associated diseases and blood disorders will be emphasized. Students will gain knowledge to perform in hematological procedures such has sample identification, collection and preparation, manual and automated leukocyte and erythrocyte counts, hemoglobin and hematocrit measures, and differentials.
