AEDD 240 — Building Systems
This course provides an overview of the systems needed in buildings with an emphasis on applicable codes and green design. Topics will include electrical system design and code compliance, basic homeowner wiring practices, heat calculations, heating system s, municipal and rural water systems, plumbing system design and codes, site planning, and Leadership in Environmental and Energy Efficient Design (LEED).
