AUTO 125 — Maine State Inspection Exam Prep
This elective c ourse is a study of the Maine motor vehicle safety inspection standards and the law. This course will prepare students to sit for the exam with the Maine State Police and become a licensed Maine Motor Vehicle Safety Inspection technician, Class A and E. Th is course will focus on the responsibilities of the inspection technician, correctly performing a safety inspection, as well as interpretation and presentation of the law from the Maine State Inspection Manual. Students must pay the applicable fee and comp lete an application to the Maine State Police at the beginning of the semester to be eligible to sit for the exam at the end of the course and receive the manual utilized in the course.
