BIOL 122 — Genome Research
This course is being run in cooperation with the Howard Hughes Medical Institute Science Education Alliance. T he students in this section will do a year - long research project on the isolation and identification of a novel bacterial virus that infects soil bacterium. All students taking this class are strongly encouraged to take BIOL 127 in the spring semester. Prerequisite(s): ENGL-080 or ENGL-101 and MATH-040 or appropriate placement Corequisite(s): BIOL-124
