CJUS 120 — Introduction to Corrections
This course takes a practical approach to introducing students to the ideas and practices of modern corrections and skills required to succeed in the field. Included in this course are soc iety's goals for correctional institutions, an overview of the correctional function, the everyday operations of correctional prisons and jails, and procedures of parole and probation.
