CJUS 130 — Laws of Arrest, Search and Seizure
This course is designed to present the background and current infor mation about the laws pertaining to arrest, search and seizure. It will explore the development of standards in the police field by examining the issues involved in the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, State Laws and Court interpretations.
