CJUS 200 — Rules of Evidence
This course is designed to acquaint t he student with the Rules of Evidence. The purpose of these rules is to determine the admissibility of evidence during the criminal trial process and the legal challenges available to the opposing side. It also covers the legal requirements for a wide rang e of evidence, i.e.: real and circumstantial; best evidence rule; privileged communication; the Hearsay Rule; etc. Prerequisite(s): CJUS-105, CJUS-130 Corequisite(s): none
