CJUS 215 — Substantive Criminal Law
This course is designed to acquaint th e student with the history of criminal law, the necessary elements of an offense which must be proven to sustain a criminal conviction, and the defenses to criminal conduct. A comprehensive study of Maine's Revised Criminal Code, Title 17-A is a major part of this course. Prerequisite(s): CJUS-105, CJUS-130 Corequisite(s): none
