CONS 150 — Exterior Finishes and Sustainable
Construction 3 cr. Exterior finishes include preparing exterior walls for window, door, and corner trim, proper layout of a story pole for installation of siding, and installing a variety of siding types. Students will prepare, prime, and pain t finish coat on all trim work. Students will construct a sustainable structure. Prerequisite(s): CONS-105, CONS-115, CONS-125 Corequisite(s): CONS-135
