CONS 210 — Interior Finish and Stair Construction

3 cr. This course is the study of the various types of interior trim commonly used both in the residential and commercial building industry. Topics will include door installation and trim, window trim, base applications, shelving systems, and the construction of a variety of interior stairs. The proper methods of determining the appropriate-sized windows for a given building will be discussed. Estimating of all components will be covered.
