CULA 102 — Introduction to Culinary, Hospitality and
Tourism 3 cr. This course will provide students with a thorough overview of the culinary, hospitality and tourism industry along with the critical management principles that underlie the smooth operations of these areas. Students will be exposed to history, culture, philosophy, structure, organization and opportunities in the industry. This course will explore the purpose and benefits of professional organizations within the field.
