CULA 241 — Planning/Dining Room Service

This course is designed to teach C ulinary Arts students proper dining room service and procedures. Emphasis will be placed on teamwork, personal appearance, customer service skills, and the importance of the relationship between the dining room staff and the kitchen staff in a food service operation. Students are required to wear proper dining room attire in every class. Prerequisite(s): CULA-102, CULA-103, CULA-110, CULA- 120, CULA-130, CULA-140 Corequisite(s): CULA-270
