CULA 260 — Modern Culinary Trends

This course is designed to give students ex posure to contemporary issues in culinary arts. Students will explore current fads and trends in culinary arts through demonstration, lecture, guest speakers, field trips, and hands-on cooking exercises related to these fads and trends in the ever -changing and evolving modern culinary world. Prerequisite(s): CULA-102, CULA-103, CULA-110, CULA- 120, CULA-130, CULA-140 Corequisite(s): CULA-261
