ELEC 215 — Electrical Machinery

This course will exami ne DC and AC generators and motors. Calculations and measurements of current, speed, and torque will be taken on motors. Percent voltage regulation and efficiencies will be taken on generators. Lab experiments will be used to better understand the theory behind electrical machines. Prerequisite(s): ELEC-140 Corequisite(s): ELEC-170
