HLTH 220 — Foundations of Organizational Leadership

3 cr. This course provides the student with a fundamental understanding of organizational leadership skills needed to guide the direction of an organization. The student will creat e a framework of leadership success based on the fundamental attributes of leadership that can be applied to any leadership challenge. The review of organizational topics associated with innovative problem solving, decision making, relationship building, l eading others to succeed, organizational culture, leading change, and leading a team will be essential components within the context of this course. Prerequisite(s): ENGL-100 or ENGL-101 Corequisite(s): none Heavy Equipment Operations Courses (HEOP)
