ITS-1055 - Introduction to Computing ITS-1055 - Introduction to Computing Students learn the basics of computing technology with an emphasis on technology basics, Internet technologies, data, privacy, hardware, software applications, databases, networking, cybersecurity, troubleshooting, and coding. Hands-on projects include working in the cloud, database construction, and coding with Python. This course s students prepare for the CompTIA Tech+ entry-level industry exam. Students with an active CompTIA Tech+ certification should speak to an advisor about credit for prior learning. Students that have taken ITS-1050 should speak with an advisor prior to registering for this course. List Course
