PY 201 - ~General Psychology PY 201 - ~General Psychology 3 Credit Hours Lecture Hrs. 3 This course is an introduction to psychology as a science of human behavior and experience. The student will be provided with an overview of the key concepts, principles and overarching themes and theories in psychology. There will be a focus on the complex combination of the biological, sociological, cultural and cognitive forces that influence behavior. Additional topics will include, but not be limited to, research methodology, lifespan development, learning, memory, psychological disorders and personality.
