FREN 1411 — ♦ FREN 1411 Beginning French I

This is a comprehensive first semester beginning course. This course includes instruction and practice in fundamental skills in listening comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing. While the course includes basic vocabulary, grammatical structures and culture, the emphasis will not be on isolated structures but rather on integrating grammar into proficiency-oriented activities.
