PSYC 2389 — ♦ PSYC 2389 Academic Cooperative Direct Research
This course is an instructional program designed to integrate on-campus study with practical hands-on experience in psychology. In conjunction with class seminars, the individual student will set specific goals and objectives in the study of human social behavior and/or social institutions. Students will have the opportunity to conduct faculty-supervised research in an area of interest resulting in oral and written presentations of their work to other students and faculty. The course will provide an opportunity to obtain hands-on research experience for undergraduate students who intend to transfer to a four-year institution and pursue graduate degrees.
