AOJ 278 — Work Experience: Internship
A rigidly structured program that attempts to bring training and education into a more meaningful relationship. The student is expected to develop poise and confidence as a relationship is established between academic learning and work in the field. The chief executive or his designee in each participating agency will provide direct supervision. Comprehensive written reports on work and observation activities will be submitted to instructor/coordinator. Formal evaluation process will be used to record student performance.
