BUS 280 — Copyrigh t/Trademark/Patent Law
This course will provide students with an overview and understanding of the various intellectual property disciplines, including copyright, trade secret, trademark, and patent law. This course will emphasize both the theoretical and practical application of these areas of law. Students will be required to complete writing projects.
