CMT 257 — Construction Planning & Scheduling
This course introduces students to the scheduling process. Emphasis is placed on plan interpretation and creation of a logical sequence of events resulting in an efficiently built project. Microsoft Project is the primary tool used to build construction project schedules for several light-commercial projects.
