MA 135 — Health Car e & Patient Communications
Provides the student with skills in communication which are the basis of their function as a professional medical assistant. T echniques of interaction are taught to enable the student as a professional to reduce stress for themselves and for those with whom they will come in contact. Legal and ethical issues relative to communication are discussed.
