Construction Technology B.A.S. Degree
Construction Technology BAS will begin in Fall 2026. Admissions for the program will open August 1, 2026. The Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Technology prepares students for leadership roles in the modern construction industry through advanced technical training, applied project management, and field-based learning. Building on St. Petersburg College’s associate-level pathways, the program integrates structural and building systems, construction operations, safety, legal and professional practice, and digital construction technologies that reflect current industry practices. Students complete a capstone experience focused on full-scale project execution, field management, and project closeout. The capstone requires students to apply prior coursework in estimating, scheduling, financing, visualization, immersive technologies, and project management to plan and manage a comprehensive construction project from mobilization through closeout.Graduates
