This Program of Study is intended to assist in the transfer advising process. Students following a transfer plan (MGTORG-TR) will graduate with an Associate of Arts degree from SPC. The following requirements include State Mandated Prerequisite courses and are intended to prepare students for transfer into the Management & Organizational Leadership baccalaureate program at SPC or an equivalent in the State of Florida (CIP 52.0299). The following subplans prepare students to transfer into a specific subplan at the baccalaureate level: • Management & Organizational Leadership (MGT-TR) • Entrepreneurship (ENTRE-TR) • Project Management
