ENG-211 - American Literature: 1860 - Present ENG-211 - American Literature: 1860 - Present 3 credits Readings of American fiction, poetry, and drama from the Civil War to the present, ranging from Whitman, Dickinson, Twain, James, Frost, Hemingway, Faulkner and several contemporary writers. This course continues the survey of American literature from the same critical perspective as ENG-210.
