MGT-260 - Organizational Behavior MGT-260 - Organizational Behavior 3 credits This course examines the key factors that influence and impact human behavior in organizations. The principles of behavioral science are used to interpret, analyze, and predict individual, group, and organizational behavior. In addition, an emphasis is placed on the actions managers can take to improve individual and organizational performance.
