Assessing and managing behavior problems in the classroom. Functional assessment, schoolwide positive behavioral supports, cognitive strategies, and crisis prevention. Collaborative for Academic Social and Emotional Learning (CASEL) standards and behavior links to culture and language. Working with families via a Behavior Intervention Plan using evidence-based practices that address issues of marginalization.
