The Educational Administration and Leadership Master of Science degree program is a comprehensive and student-centered program tailored to develop foundational skills in PK-12 school leadership. Candidates will develop disciplinary knowledge and skills based on the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (PSEL). In addition, candidates will receive an enhanced understanding of how effective school leaders take on today's challenges in order to impact student achievement and success.
