CJC - 3934 RADAR Certification (WTCE) CJC - 3934 RADAR Certification (WTCE) When all, Spring, Summer This course is designed for currently sworn officers to provide the students with the skills to proficiently perform those tasks essential to function as a radar operator. Certification requires successfully completion of the course and State administered examination. Only employed, sworn, certified law enforcement personnel may enroll in this course and students must purchase a current radar manual prior to the first day of class.
