ANTH 101 - Introduction to Anthropology ANTH 101 - Introduction to Anthropology This course is an integrated overview of the four fields of anthropology. Physical anthropology, cultural anthropology, linguistics, and archeology are explored as subfields and together as an integrated whole. Emphasis is placed on the study of the social and biological origins of human culture, religious diversity, linguistic diversity, and patterns of social inequalities.
